Operate various types of process equipment and filtration systems used to treat industrial wastewater and potable water. Duties include:
- Record / log operational data from process control instruments and meters.
- Operate, adjust, and monitor process equipment to detect and correct any issues or problems.
- Perform process calculations including chemical dosage rates, biological loading, clarifier operation, etc.
- Add process chemicals using mixers, pumps, and metering devices and perform process control testing.
Requirements
- 2 yrs in water filtration or industrial water treatment.
- Experience in water treatment in industrial, waste, or processed water.
