Provide electrical inspections, maintenance, and repair support to the production team in a manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include:
Maintain proficiency in all IP safety requirements (LOTT, Arc Flash, Hot Work, Radar, Lockout Exception Forms, etc)
Perform PM inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in support of the production equipment
Utilize electrical skills necessary for electrical troubleshooting including PLCs, VFD and DC drives, control circuits, etc
Electrical or Industrial Electronics Trade School OR military training equivalent
2 years industrial electrical repair experience
Capable of skilled troubleshooting with volt meter and schematics
Familiarity with DC drives and variable frequency AC drives
Program a drive including setting up the initial parameters and troubleshoot PLC controls with a laptop
Mechanical maintenance experience (especially hydraulic and pneumatic systems) is a PLUS
