Position Highlights:

• Shift Schedule: Get behind the wheel at 0200 (2 AM) for a 12-14 hour day, offering a mix local and regional runs.
• Consecutive Days: Drivers get two consecutive days off but not necessarily on weekends.
• 24/7 Operation: Our account operates around the clock, ensuring a range of shifts to fit your availability.
• Stay Out: Anticipate 1-2 overnight stays per week to make the most of our delivery routes.
• Paid Time Off: Enjoy 7 paid days off in your first year, which increases to 10 days after the first year. Some holiday work may be required, excluding Christmas if it coincides with your regular workday.

Pay Structure:

• Regional Deliveries (75%): Cover over 200 miles from origin to destination and earn competitive compensation:

• Start at 0.54 CPM (averaging 2500-2700 miles per week)
• Increase to 0.555 CPM after 1 year
• Increase to 0.57 CPM after 3 years
• Earn $20 per stop

• Local Deliveries (25%): Tackle runs within 200 miles and receive attractive pay:

• Begin at 0.645 CPM
• Increase to 0.655 CPM after 1 year
• Increase to 0.665 CPM after 3 years
• Earn $30 per stop

Additional Benefits:

• Weekly Compensation: Receive an extra $100 per week to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• This bonus is added to your paycheck based on the days worked in a week.
• Be punctual and ready for safe and legal hauls to qualify.

• Drivers MUST live within 50 miles of Tipp City OH and have transportation to and from facility. Trucks stay at facility during off time
