Milestone Therapy is looking for a highly motivated physical/occupational/speech therapist to join our clinic management team in Bourbonnais, IL. As a Riverside Clinic Assistant Manager, your job will be to lead and manage our Bourbonnais, IL clinic via day-to-day interactions working alongside our other management staff to foster a positive and accountable culture. Riverside Clinic Assistant Manager Job duties include:

• Manage direct reports including therapists and clinic coordinator staff
• Twice per month payroll verification
• Understand and follow through both Riverside and Milestone policy and procedure
• Accountable for staff meeting
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff
• Participate in management-specific meetings
• Treat patients within the clinic
• Problem-solve issues with our therapists and coordinators
• Collaborate as needed with Riverside management and admin staff
• Verify treatment charges for all therapists and follow up on discrepancies
• Report on data related to clinic performance
• Report on clinic performance monthly
• Manage day-to-day needs of the clinic
• Monitor staffing needs
• Participate in the interview and hiring process
• Quarterly chart audit reviews
• Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR

How to Qualify for Riverside Clinic Assistant Manager:

• Active SLP, OT or PT license
• Two years minimum experience in your field required
• Previous experience in management is preferred but will consider all candidates
• Ability to give and receive open and honest communication
