Our company is one of the largest court reporting and legal videography companies in the United States. We are looking to hire a full-time assistant scheduling coordinator and data entry specialist for our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will have:

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate with scheduling team to ensure calendar is up to date
Daily data entry
Answer client calls
Help with job confirmations
Conduct ZOOM test calls
Assign Resources
Respond to client emails with a sense of urgency
Scheduling/Calendar experience preferred but not required. You should also be comfortable working with attorneys and other business professionals daily. You should have a high level of IT literacy and computer functions. Ability to prioritize job tasks in a pressurized environment. Reliable transportation and timeliness is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
