Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Equipment Manager who thrives in a detail-oriented, hands-on role. This position is perfect for individuals who are committed to excellence in logistics, ensuring that all equipment is managed and maintained with the highest standards of care.

Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Develop and implement processes for equipment check-out and check-in procedures
- Create, organize, and print inventory lists for events
-Set up and break down equipment in the office for testing and quality control
- Efficiently pack and prepare equipment for each event, ensuring safe transport and organization on carts
- Assist with office tasks related to equipment inventory and management, including the building of photo booths as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (over 50 lbs) as needed.
