```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of Ag equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Document all service activities, including repairs performed and parts used
- Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an field service technician
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems.
- Ability to weld and work with hydraulics and electrical is highly desirable
- Experience using precision measuring instruments for equipment calibration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
