Job Summary

Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a part-time (24-32 hours/week) or full -time (40 hours/week) physical therapist who wants to be a part of a multidisciplinary team. The position is focused on a therapist who enjoys working with adults with orthopedic and neurological impairments.Come and be a part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and makes recommendations on the need for or modifications of therapeutic activities
• Consults with appropriate team members regarding patient’s continuity of care and treatment plan
• Writes reports regarding patient progress and competency
• Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings
• Participates in training programs as a supervisor for trainees 
• Works collaboratively with other disciplines
• Presents adult physical therapy topics to individuals in the community

Requirements and Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree

• Licensed by the North Dakota State Board of Physical Therapy Practice
• Experience with adult population is appreciated, but not required
• Strong manual therapy background
• Certification in functional dry needling or willingness to become certified is required
• Drive to stay up to date on current therapy practices
• Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
