Milestone Commissioning LLC, provides project commissioning services, solutions, and support from concept to project completion. As a subsidiary of Milestone Project Services, LLC, our team of experts provide comprehensive project services from commissioning, project planning, cost management, risk mitigation, 3D laser scanning, project execution, and inspection.

Milestone Commissioning is currently seeking a Commissioning Manager to join our team.

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Mandeville office

Work Environment: Office

Physical Demands: Sedentary

Travel Requirements: Occasional site visits required

Responsibilities:

  • Understands his/her business unit (employees, revenue, costs, projects, targets, clients, etc.) and has a plan to maximize profitability throughout the year.
  • Responsible for maintaining target utilization of staff and timely adjusts staff levels to satisfy on-going supply and demand for services.
  • Involved with the execution of projects.
  • Emphasizes the quality expectations for the office and reinforces the commitment to achieve quality.
  • Ensures the office prepares a quality product on time and under budget.
  • Continuously practices Quality Control while executing the work.
  • Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures

Requirements:

  • 10 years project management experience
  • 10 years commissioning experience
  • 10 years in a leadership/office management role
  • 10 years client development/business development experience
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
