Key Role-Responsibilities:

• Drive Milestone KPI(s) within target account on & off premise universe
• Deliver depletion results that are at or exceed annual plan goals within target account universe
• Support broader Milestone brand development and state goal attainment thru: Wholesaler work withs, GSMs, & trainings.
• Business reviews on performance vs goal
• Opportunity identification thru use of systems (types-sizes-customers)
• Support building consumer adoption and recall thru execution of events and promotions.
• Contribute and participate to program development and business review templates

Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum 2yrs experience within Spirits industry. Wisconsin experience preferred
• Microsoft Office baseline knowledge and openness/ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work non traditional hours (nights-weekends)
• Fact based/ Feature and benefit selling
• Entrepreneurial mind set. (aka problem solver)
• Ability to work solo and thru others to deliver results
• Prior experience selling to multi outlet-concept operators preferred
• Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
