Miles Staffing Group is Hiring a Digital Data Analyst - Contractor Near Atlanta, GA

As a Digital Data Analyst Contractor, you will play a key role in shaping the insights generation for digital experiences. Collaborating with the data team, you will contribute to effective delivery and maintenance of digital experience insights using various MarTech applications. Your focus will be on creating, maintaining, and sharing insightful dashboards, utilizing tools like Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Data Warehouse.

Location: Atlanta 2 days, Remote 3 days

Job Duties:

  • Insight Dashboard Creation:Develop, maintain, and publish insightful dashboards using various tools to enhance digital experiences.
  • Data Analysis and Investigation:Utilize applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps. Report findings using the most applicable presentation tools.
  • Data Analytics & Modeling:Employ data analytics and modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources. Deliver insights to enhance digital experiences at UPS.
  • Audience Understanding:Understand the creation of audiences in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) and leverage these audiences for robust insights.
  • Website Tagging Analysis:Use a website debugger to analyze tagging for troubleshooting and analytics planning.

Other Duties:

  • Project Support:Identify and collaborate with all affected groups and functions to support project impact.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, developing industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Decision-Making:Make decisions about prioritizing or planning own work to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Technical Problem Solving:Apply technical problem-solving and analytical processes to address challenges.

Requirements

Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a preference for a data analytics degree.

Experience:3 years of digital data analytics experience.

Preferred Knowledge:Familiarity with MarTech tools, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Power BI.
