Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by the nurse
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric care principles and practices
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Experience in senior care or critical care settings is a plus

Requirements:
- Valid nursing assistant certification or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients as needed

We are looking to fill two positions. One in Aurora and one in Denver. Shifts go from 7-6 and 7-5 respectively. Weekends are required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
