Milbon USA is Hiring a Remote Brand Manager
About the Role:
Milbon is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have passion for the beauty industry, highly motivated and a proven track record of developing and executing effective brand strategies. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands identity, enhancing our market presence, and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize brand awareness.
Duties:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for our top salons
- Consistently work to investigate, source and deliver ideas for reaching the salon community
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products
- Product Knowledge Expert for all Milbon products and services
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributor(s) and salons.
- Visit distributor(s) and salons to introduce our products and services.
- Visit salons with distributor(s) reps/educators/supervisor.
- Give product knowledge presentations and demonstrations to distributor(s) and salons (in-person/virtual).
- Take technical calls from distributor(s), salons and Sales Consultants.
- Conduct new hire trainings for distribution employees.
- Coordinate ad hoc seminars for distributor(s) and salons (in-person/virtual).
- Participate in distributor(s)/Milbon-hosted events (in-person/virtual).-
- Participate in distributor(s)’ sales meeting and give your presentation to grow their business (in-person/virtual).

- Inspirational leadership style with excellent training skills
- Outstanding team player who is flexible, adaptable and creative
- Knowledge of haircare industry, trends, and consumer preferences in the beauty industry
- Knowledge of sales principles and strategies
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication necessary for pitching ideas and collaborating with teams
- Ability to think strategically and develop long lasting relationships
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
