Milano is looking for a Social Media/E-com Intern for it's upcoming website rebranding and marketing launch. The position is part time 2-3 days a week and has the potential to become a full time position as an Analyst.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Model/Marketing Asset Creator to join our team. As an Asset Creator, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. Milano has a startup mentality and This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their skills in social media marketing and gain exposure to various aspects of the industry.

Roles:

Model: Act as the Milano Model for day-to-day photos and videos as well as capture both still images and video content for the Milano website and social media pages.

• Partner with the creative team to create on person images and videos for product pages and social media
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all content platforms ensuring coherence with the brand

Asset Creation:

• Work with the merchandising team to plan which merchandise to showcase and to ensure you always have the relevant inventory to deliver up to date asset requests
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure all assets are uploaded to the website
• Coordinate with photographers for quarterly photo shoots
• Manage the Asset Library in a coherent and organized manner

About You:

• Possess strong aesthetic vision and have a sophisticated eye for style
• Ability to adapt as the business evolves and grows
• Keen eye for detail

Requirements:

• Excellent Photography Skills
• Proficient in photo editing and retouching
• Experience with Photoshop, Figma and Canva
• Experience as a professional parts model is a plus

Requirements to Apply:

To be considered for this role, you must submit the following:

• 2-3 Jewelry Styled Hand, Ear and Neckline images
• Any social media pictures or videos that would showcase your aesthetic sensibilities and eye for styling

We do not expect you to have any jewelry from Milano nor do we require you to purchase fine jewelry, we do expect you to be able to create imagery that matches our aesthetic as well as have personal experience styling jewelry.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
