Overview
We are looking for a Full-Time salesperson for a busy mattress store. Candidate must be super energized, positive, have a proactive personality and excel in managing customer issues. Candidate will also be expected to interact on social media and take on special projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and is a team player. In addition, this role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to anticipate issues, demonstrated problem solving and the ability to seamlessly switch gears.

Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to):
- Ensure an outstanding experience for our customers
- Consistently work to improve store performance by engaging in training and development initiatives regarding products, offerings and programs
- Monitor advertising and current/future promotions
- Help find ways to improve store operations and improve the overall customer experience
- Ensure store is an inviting experience and up to company standards with appearance, cleanliness, attractiveness and functionality
- Manage and resolve customer issues

- Self-starter who possesses time management skills, can prioritize tasks, is well organized with strong attention to detail
- Shows an ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
