Description
Mike's Bikes is looking for highly-motivated individuals to work as Sales Associates in our stores. In this role, you will develop relationships with our customers and provide assistance in choosing the perfect bicycle and gear. You will learn all about our products and share that knowledge with confidence and flair. You will continually strive to attain your sales goals through increased product knowledge and improved sales techniques.
Entry level candidates can expect to make at least $15.50 an hour (or more depending on the local minimum wage) plus a bi-weekly bonus potential of $250. We offer medical and dental benefits to full-time employees as well as a 401K plan with company matching, and paid time off.
