$20,000 - $40,000 base from Lead Agent's Deals plus bonus commissions from your own efforts to bring in clients

On Target Earnings:

  • Year 1 $40,000-$85,000
  • Year 2 $65,000-$100,000

The Showing Agent serves as a "Physician Assistant" while working with the Lead Agent (Lead Doctor).

They assist with a large number of client relationships, building rapport, showing a number of homes, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping the Lead agent with the details on his plate.

This is the perfect opportunity to get started in a career in real estate, without the fear of jumping straight into a commission-only role where you are on your own to sink or swim. Our Showing Assistant will learn all of the ropes, we will be with you every step of the way and you will be able to generate an income while you learn!

Compensation:

$40,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients regularly
  • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
  • Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!
  • Help the Lead agent on listings with various activities that need to be done to provide a high level of service to our seller clients, such as hosting open houses, meeting vendors at the property, printing flyers and dropping them off, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision

  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • No real estate experience is needed
