The Service Advisor is the primary point-of-contact for customers having their vehicles serviced at the dealership.

Your Day-to-Day

• Schedules service appointments by gathering as much information on the needed repairs as possible.
• Greets customers on the Service Drive, performs a vehicle walk around and properly documents customer concerns for the technicians.
• Keeps customers informed on needed repairs, changes in cost quotes and the time vehicles will be ready for pick up.
• Completes an active delivery at the time of customer pick-up, reviews all work performed and goes over the final bill.
• Maintains excellent customer service scores.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company or manufacturer.

• At least one year of prior automotive service experience.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers.
• Must be goal driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record to be insured by the company's liability carrier.
