Position: Luxury Automotive Sales Associate

Job Overview: As a Luxury Automotive Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled customer service while assisting clients in finding their dream Cadillac vehicle. Your passion for luxury automobiles, dedication, and strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the dealership in a warm and professional manner.
• Conduct informative product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our Cadillac vehicles.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest Cadillac models, features, and technologies.
• Assist customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to secure financing or leasing options for customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to cultivate long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in sales training programs to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong passion for luxury cars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with luxury automotive brands and a genuine interest in the Cadillac brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Sign-On Bonus Details:

• $2,500 paid after 30 days of employment.
• Another $2,500 paid upon completion of 180 days.
• A final $5,000 paid on your 1-year anniversary.

*Note: To qualify for bonus payments, you must be in good standing with the Company, fulfill all sales obligations, and meet our minimum quota number. You must be employed with the company from now through time of payment, with no absences of work from leaves, quitting, being fired and rehired, etc.
