Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our motorcycle service department. Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them

- Perform vehicle walk-arounds to identify additional service needs

- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services

- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles

- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems

- Familiarity with tire service and repair procedures

- Ability to estimate repair costs accurately

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize revenue

- Basic understanding of diesel engine repair is a plus

- Experience in auto estimating or service writing preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
