Position: FedEx Delivery Driver

Location: Romeoville, IL

Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while optimizing efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded to prevent damage.
• Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manuever up to 150 pounds or physically lift up to 50 Lbs boxes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $180 - $190/day.

Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Weekend Availability is a mandate)
