• Responsibilities include:
• Managing fulfillment from concept to finish product
• Coordinate and execute order and order changes.
• Lead, motivate and facilitate a team of 8-10 on the floor
• Maintain inventory control and inventory management
• Work with outside sales on orders and specifications
• Complete other duties at the direction of president as needed.

Requirements to be considered for position:

• Experience in mechanical and electrical components
• People Management Experience
• Must possess a great work ethic, be very dependable and fast moving, and able to work well with others
• Experience in 3D drawings and Auto Cad
• Ability to multi-task, to keep self and others organized and to prioritize tasks
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency and ability to excel under tight deadlines
• Willingness to get hands dirty. This is a hands on position not a desk position.
