Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring seamless installation processes.

Responsibilities:
Conduct sales consultations with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable windows and doors solutions.
Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
Provide accurate and detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Perform on-site measurements, assessments, and installations, demonstrating proficiency in handling tools and equipment.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction post-installation.
Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
