Mies Outland St Cloud is a full line Polaris, Yamaha, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea Doo and Toro Dealership seeking a Service Writer/Product Specialist to add to our service department.

Duties will include:

Assisting customers with machine drop off, pick up, and any additional service needs by using Lightspeed dealer operating system and other supported computer programs.

Answering incoming calls to assist customers with scheduling appointments, accessory questions and repair inquires.

Working with technicians to estimate repairs, identify potential upselling opportunities, and contacting customer for approval.

Supervising daily operations of the service department, to include billing, filling and contacting customers.

Work one on one with all technicians to ensure effective and efficient repairs for all product lines.

Assisting and educating customers on services provided by dealer, including identifying customer needs and additional service selling opportunities.

Some mechanical knowledge is preferred, training is available.
