This position is responsible for a variety of office/clerical tasks involving expertise regarding the operational and the internal customer support for the Bank’s account/portfolio maintenance process. The Deposit Operations Specialist needs an understanding of how accounts and portfolios are set up, how maintenance affects those set ups, and have a clear understanding of account ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests submitted in OneView within established current time-frames
• Review other account and portfolio codes while performing maintenance in an effort to keep our Core system current
• Assist with clean-up projects
• Review the Inactive/Dormant Reports on a daily basis and notify front-line
• Review the deposit controlled accounts on a daily basis
• Review various reports
• Perform various account reconciliations
• Perform MoneyGram transmittal
• Perform Quality Control
• Review and update procedures associated with this job description at least annually
• Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree with some post high school education or related work experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
