Job Description
1. Primary Technician in the Quality Control Lab performing duties such as:
2. Primary Technician in the Microbiology Lab running microbiology tests on finished product and environmental swabs.
3. To be a leader in cGMP conformance.
4. To be an active member of the Food Safety Team.
5. Support the Positive Release Program (Hold and Release).
6. Maintain ingredient receiving and finished product Quality files.
7. Send out samples for 3rd party testing as requested.
8. Work overtime as needed.
9. Other duties as assigned.
