Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry
- Experience as an administrative clerk or receptionist
- Strong typing skills with accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office management
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to proofread documents for errors
