**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance duties on our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

**Duties:**

- Fabricate, install, and repair machinery and equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues

- Maintain heating and plumbing systems

- Perform electrical repairs and installations

- Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks

- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Ability to weld and fabricate metal structures

- Familiarity with reading electrical schematics

- Prior experience in supervising maintenance activities
