Experience required:

• Minimum three years experience in customer service or a sales assistant role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our growing team. As a Sales Assistant you will be expected to actively manage the customer experience while insuring orders are fulfilled accurately, in full and on-time. This is a broad, solution focused role that requires the successful candidate build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal business partners.

Sales Assistant tasks include:

• Insure all assigned orders progress efficiently through the fulfillment process
• Review orders for accuracy & product availability
• Partner with production team to prioritize orders based on customer requirements
• Proactively identify and solve product availability issues
• Review open order reports daily to identify delays & implement solutions
• Manage the customer experience through proactive communication
• Verify orders completed and packed accurately
• Complete and submit the required order paperwork
