Your Role:

As our Territory Manager, you'll be our community champion, making waves in the exteriors cleaning realm. Your days will be a blend of adventure, customer care, completing on site estimates and to help our customers spaces sparkle. Here's what you'll be up to:

• Captain of Client Connections: Sail through your territory, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and spreading the magic of our exterior cleaning services.
• The Guardian of Gleaming Spaces: Complete estimates for our customers ensuring every space in your territory shines like a star. No cobweb shall go unnoticed, and no dirt shall escape your cleaning prowess!
• Champion of Sales: Hit those sales targets with your charm and finesse. You're a master at showcasing our services and winning hearts.
• Safety Avenger: Keep an eye out for safety, making sure both clients and our team are protected during our cleaning escapades.
• Social Butterfly: Represent us at local events, networking groups, and trade shows showcasing our expertise and building lasting relationships.
• Community Whisperer: Nurture partnerships with local businesses, creating a network of support that keeps our community sparkling.

What You'll Need:

• Candidates must be able to pass a thorough background check. As a genuine family-owned and operated business, we conduct annual background checks on all our team members. It's our way of ensuring that we only send individuals to our customers home whom we would trust around our own family.
• Previous outside sales experience.
• Successful candidates will excel in face-to-face communication, including door-to-door interactions, to promote our services.
• A valid driver's license – you're ready to hit the road and explore your territory!
• Be able to utilize and navigate our sales tools and CRM.

Pay: $71,222.00 - $108,719.00 per year
