We are currently seeking talented individuals to grow with us as we continue to aggressively grow our brand. Inventory Compliance Manager Responsibilities:
Complete and all-encompassing ownership of facility inventory and compliance.
Ensure the Midwest Shooting Center facility remains within ATF compliance.
Execute and maintain internal processes that ensures acquisitions, dispositions, storage, steel audits, non-NFA audits, Gunsmith audit, and ATF documentation are in compliance with ATF regulations.
Ensure the Midwest Shooting Center facility remains within OSHA compliance.
Execute and maintain processes that ensure the facility is in compliance with lead disposal, adequate lead testing, lead disposal, and employee lead exposure testing.
Ensure the facility meets monthly required Security System tests.
Assist the Compliance Director with on-site accounting functions such as deposit reconciliations and daily register close-outs.
Act as a change agent to implement any necessary changes in OSHA, EPA, or ATF policies throughout the system.
Ensure facility maintains NSSF 5-star status in compliance-related areas.
Ensure the integrity of facility inventory is maintained.
Input all inventory invoicing into accounting system.
Ensure routine inventory audits are completed throughout the facility each quarter.
Monitor inventory shrink and communicate any issues to the Compliance Director.
Ensure 100% price accuracy, including verifying all pricing labels are up and accurate regarding correct price and current offer date.
Facilitate the unloading and stocking merchandise.
Ensure the shipping/receiving area is organized and clean.
Train and develop Associates on proper receiving and stocking procedures.
Ensure RTV/Vendor Credits are accounted for.
Effectively communicate all received invoices daily to the Compliance Director.
Ensure accuracy of special-order statuses.
Maintain store supply inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Approach role in a team-oriented manner. During down periods of time, assist Associates on the floor as needed.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
College Degree a plus.
Experience Requirements:
At least (2) years of successful inventory management experience.
Management experience a plus.
