Midwest Motor Express is urgently hiring full-time Trailer Mechanics at our Des Moines, IA terminal.
Our Mechanics enjoy the benefit of working on modern equipment with OEM on-the-job training. Mechanics/technicians enjoy continual opportunities to learn & develop that offer a path of career advancement.
- Up to $30/Hr.
- M-F, No Weekends
- Bumper-to-bumper preventive maintenance service and/or repair to trailers
- Diagnose any mechanical, electrical, or other breakdown or failure to trailer equipment.
- Brake system repair
- Tire maintenance

- 18 years or older
- Previous experience in truck and trailer repair
- Working knowledge of most systems of a truck tractor, trailer, and dolly
- Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check
