Customer Service Representative / Order Picker for Midwest Knifemakers Supply,LLC

$15.00/hour

Work schedule:

• The work schedule will be Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.
• Also, occasional Saturdays and Sundays will be required as we have scheduled knife making seminars or other projects.

This position is responsible for:

• Answering Phone Calls
• Corresponding with Customers through phone calls and email
• Picking, Packing and Shipping Customer Orders.
• Assisting with Receiving Inventory.
• We are a small business, you can expect to help out with everything as needed.

This position is expected to provide customers with outstanding service. This position will assist the company to be the best in the business and will see personal success in helping the company grow and gain market share. This person will also have the ability to cross train in other areas.

• To read invoices and correctly identify parts and products accurately.
• To stock and pick parts and products accurately.
