**MUST HAVE PRIOR TUBE BENDING/TUBING MACHINE EXPERIENCE**

Summary of Position:

Perform all functions of tube bending ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Set up, adjust, and operate tube bending machinery and equipment to bend structural metal pipe, tube, bar, etc. to specifications

· Fabricate directly from drawings, samples, or instructions without supervision

· Select all layouts, templates, or check fixtures

· Develop layouts from drawings, samples, or instructions

· Select all tools

· Check bent parts to drawing specification and tolerance using proper measurement and inspect equipment

· Inspect end product from bending operation to ensure accuracy maintain and operate tube bending equipment

· Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping station neat

· Display good work ethic

· Maintain professionalism in the work place

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Prolonged standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting – 100% daily (subject to change daily)

· Assist in lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 70 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.)

· Must be able to meet the physical demands typical in a warehouse environment including but not limited to grasping and fine manipulations with hands, reaching, squatting, climbing, activities working around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to light dust and fumes

· Commitment to work additional hours as needed to complete orders received daily

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma or GED (required)

· Prior tube bending experience (2 years required)

· Prior warehouse experience (required)

· Prior hose assembly experience (highly preferred but not required)

· Forklift experience (preferred but not required)

· Additional power equipment experience (preferred but not required)
