Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mange brand consistency
• Create graphics for print and digital
• Confer with supervisor concerning designs for print media
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Work with the marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaigns performance against the KPIs
• Monitor all social media content
• Track the performance of social media campaigns
• Track customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
• Display good work ethic
• Maintain professionalism in the work place

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Strong background in various media outlets
