The P&C Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for contributing to agency profitability and growth by providing best-in-class customer service in supporting existing client retention and writing new business. The position is responsible for providing service to our customers, prospects, producers, and other agency staff. The Account Manager may be assigned a book of existing business with the expectation that the Account Manager assists in the growth and retention of that book. This position entails both service and sales responsibilities, and may support Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both based on the business need and qualifications of the candidate.
