Learn more about us on our website at: https://midwesthvacpro.com/company/ Position Details: This is a business-to-business commercial HVAC sales position, in which the purpose of the Commercial Estimator / Project Manager is to plan, sell, execute, and monitor all projects they sell from conception to completion. They are expected to grow revenue by working with existing clients and networking to obtain new clients. They are responsible to always portray a professional and positive image, and earn the client's business by gaining their trust, confidence, and respect. Primary Functions
Conduct on-site meetings with clients to review solutions that best serve the needs of their businesses.
Establish / maintain relationships with clients built on confidence, competency and professionalism.
Design solutions that will address and satisfy the HVACR needs of the clients.
Present professional demonstrations or presentations of the company products, programs and services.
Organize follow up appointments with clients to review proposals and close the deal.
Execute and monitor all projects sold from conception to completion.
Generate and develop non-member business accounts to increase revenue.
Portray the company in a professional and positive manner.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years working experience in commercial HVAC engineering design and sales.
Extremely detail oriented and process driven.
Excellent communication techniques with customers and co-workers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior time management skills; Must work with a sense of urgency.
