PositionSummary:
• TheReceiving Coordinator position will be responsible for all inbound shipmentsand deliveries to the Manhattan Bev-Hub plant.
• Trackshipment schedules, inventory accuracy, damage, and discrepancies of allinbound freight.

Essential JobFunctions:
• Receiveall inbound deliveries and shipments.
• Unloaddeliveries and shipments.
• Maintainaccurate documentation, BOL reports, and freight schedules.
• Updateinventory as materials are received.
• Reportnew material deliveries to Quality for inspection, testing & approval.
• Otherduties as assigned, includes assisting in various production areas on an asneeded basis.

Physical Demands:
• Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required tostand, sit, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
• Theemployee must be capable of lifting/moving up to 40 lbs.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
• HighSchool Diploma or GED • Mustbe able to read and understand reports, BOLs, schedules.
• Detailoriented and organized person required for this position.
• Computer,tablet & scanner skills preferred.
• Abilityto complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Mustalways wear protective equipment when on production floor.
• Abilityto work well with others.
• Experienceoperating forklift & hand trucks.
• GoodMath experience needed.
• Warehouseexperience
• Participatesactively in all plant safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions.
