We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations in almost 10 locations in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

- Employee's training is the main & most crucial task of this job

- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability

- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards

- Daily task completion is must with this job

- Hiring Skills of GM and other Staff

- Daily inventory control and Monitoring of labor

Qualifications:

- Proven experience minimum 5 years as a District Manager

We offer up to $75,000 salary packages excluding salary, bonus(upto$30,000) potential, health insurance..
