Duties:

- Assist with loan origination process, including gathering necessary documentation and verifying applicant information.
- Input data using 10-key typing skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process loan applications and review financial documents to determine eligibility.
- Perform basic math calculations to assess loan affordability and repayment terms.
- Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to loan applications.

Skills:

- Proficient in loan origination processes and procedures.
- Strong 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of loan processing and underwriting requirements.
- Solid math skills for calculating loan affordability and repayment terms.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services industry.
- Experience working as a loan officer or in a similar role is a plus.
