Midwest Express Inc is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Mount Prospect, IL

```Overview```
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing transportation operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Trucking /Freight Dispatch experience required.

Knowledge of Airline Pickup and Delivery Procedures

Starting Wage based on experience

Tuesday - Saturday 0600-1600

JOB DUTIES:

- Dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups, O'Hare area.

- 25 Plus

- Handle customer service phone calls.-

- Emailing customers.

- Process paperwork for shipments.-

- Coordinate and communicate with the warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Be detailed and have thorough follow-up skills - A MUST!

- Be a team member as well as independently in a multi-tasking environment.

- Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Be professional and have a pleasant phone presence.

- Be organized and dependable.

- Experience using Microsoft Office.

- Have excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Experience in customer service preferred.
