What to expect on a typical day:

• Kindly greet patients on the phone and in-person, ensuring they have outstanding experience at our practice.
• Efficiently scheduling patient appointments.
• Communicate and troubleshoot patient problems and concerns.
• Verify and confirm patient’s insurance benefits.
• Collaborate and assist other staff members when possible.
• Perform additional administrative duties for the office as needed.
• Work Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical front office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, referrals, billing, and benefits preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patients, colleagues and vendors.
• Strong computer skills
• The ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins. Must have the ability to direct the flow of the office with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.
