We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our continued growth and success.

Qualifications:

Do you have what it takes to lead with confidence and drive operational excellence?

Demonstrated experience in managing teams, driving organizational change, and motivating members in a senior leadership role for a minimum of 5 years.
4 years of estimating experience. Field-related technical experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related area or relevant experience at a 1:1 ratio.
Extensive knowledge and experience with the principles, best practices, and techniques relevant to the construction industry.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret information to find appropriate solutions to issues and initiate alternatives to ensure effective change and/or mitigate potential negative effects.

What you will do:

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role where your leadership and strategic vision can truly shine?

Oversee daily field and office operations while working in tandem with our foremen to ensure successful project execution.
Successfully decipher blueprints and job site conditions, providing detailed estimates.
Collaborate with the business development manager to continue marketing efforts.
Foster deep connections with potential clientele and current partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Work with the office administrator to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive advancement, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends within the drywall industry

The specific responsibilities shall vary based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $ 80,000.00- $90,000.00 per annum, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday in-person and on the road (SD County)
Time Off: 5 personal and 5 sick days per calendar year, plus 6 major holidays
Reimbursements: Gasoline for local travel
