Are you a Drywall Journeyman Finisher with a passion for perfection? Midwest Drywall Inc. is on the hunt for top-tier drywall finishers. We're not just looking for anyone – we want the best of the best!
Paid tryouts will be held and positions will be offered based on experience, cleanliness, and performance.

Requirements for Excellence
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 6 years of drywall finishing experience, we are not looking for jack of all trades or handymen.
- Teamwork Qualities: Demonstrate leadership qualities and a deep passion for your craft.
- Local Travel: Be willing to travel throughout all of San Diego County.
- Texture Expertise: Proficiency in patching, repairing, and matching texture in various situations. We are looking for those are we able to do a smooth finish correctly!
- Tool Mastery: Able to expertly operate all automatic TapeTech/Columbia style tools, from start to finish (skim boxes, angle boxes, bazooka, etc.).

Dominio de herramientas: Capaz de operar de manera experta todas las herramientas automáticas estilo TapeTech/Columbia, de principio a fin (cajas de desnatado, cajas de ángulo, bazooka, etc.).
