POSITION RESPONSIBILITES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

• Acquire new customers over the phone and via email offering our industry leading transportation service

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, while developing your own relationships with new clients, conducting intelligent business to business

• Efficiently handle customer requests, emails and call volumes professionally and in a timely manner
• Understand customer specific requirements and commodity to ensure service is consistently achieved
• Cultivate driver relationships throughout shipment cycle and build a reliable list of carrier assets
• Monitor shipments, including resolving any issues that may affect the scheduled times for pickup or delivery, while proactively communicating to the affected team
• Resolve conflicts, problems, and requests with respect
• Maintain and manage effective communication and planning in order to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, relationship development, customer service, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
