Midtown Oaks Health and Rehab Center is excited to announce the start of a new CNA training class! We are looking for a group of people to take a CNA class. Upon successful completion of a test, you will have a new, rewarding career with one of the largest long-term care providers in the US. There is a $1000 retention bonus if hired after graduation and passing the certification test. Next available class will begin in October!

Responsibilities after Class will include but are not limited to:

• Able to work at required shifts at Midtown Oaks Health & Rehab Center
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
• Reports any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately
• Supervise, assist or provide showers and baths
• Supervise, assist residents to dress/undress Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Shift: Class is held Monday - Wednesday
• Wage: New Grads begin at $19.25 per hour
