We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a back office administration role, involving basic office consultations and communication with our valued members.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and efficient handling of customer calls, emails, and chats, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products or services.
• Sorting, distributing, and organizing incoming mail, along with preparing various correspondence and presentations.
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Assisting receptionists, sales representatives, and account executives in their day-to-day tasks, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Managing office supplies inventory to ensure availability and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of strong time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, such as email platforms, chat systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, demonstrating a successful history of accomplishment.

Current hours for role. Tuesday to Friday 12 to 6pm. Saturdays 9 to 3pm
