Midtown Home Dialysis is Hiring a Dialysis Nurse Near Oklahoma, OK

Job Description: Dialysis Nurse

We are searching for a dialysis nurse for a home clinic that also has a small incenter hemodialysis population. Dialysis experience is required. We prefer both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience but if the candidate only has one we can train on the other modality.

The clinic is located in OKC and is open Monday through Friday so no weekends.

We are looking for someone that cares about patient care and can be a team player.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Hemodialysis and or Peritoneal dialysis is a requirement.
  • Solid understanding of renal physiology, peritoneal dialysis principles, and related nursing care.
  • Knowledge of dialysis-related complications, their identification, and appropriate interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare software.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to patient care.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
