Looking for a high energy and fun Treatment Coordinator for a beautiful Midtown dental office. Full time position Monday - Friday with benefits/bonus. Fun and friendly working environment with patient centered care. Experience required minimum 3 years and Eaglesoft proficiency/tech savviness is a plus. Job duties include:

• Treatment Coordinating for multiple doctors
• Knowledge of Dental Procedures & Insurance billing requirements
• Presenting treatment plans including all necessary consents
• Verifying patient benefits, collecting payments, calling outstanding treatment
• Responsible for Doctor's schedule being full and productive to meet practice goals
• Following up on Specialist Letters & scheduling treatment
• Answering phones
• Audit charts for next day , reactivation of patients not scheduled
• Utilize practice communication software- Eaglesoft and Dental Intel
• Post social media content and engage with public

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
