Midtown Construction Services (MCS) specializes in smaller renovation and construction projects as well as maintenance services. Based in Edmond, OK, we provide all the resources and professionalism of a larger company. We pride ourselves on our experienced team, which is committed to providing high-quality services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role based in Edmond, OK. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including overseeing expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks. The Project Manager will also ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and are within budget.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 year of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong inspection skills along with the ability to manage logistics and other project-related tasks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and budgets, and adapt to changing project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
